It was fairly clean and the staff were competent, beds were comfortable.

The food was AMAZING and there were variety of dishes in the menu. My room included a balcony, a living area and a couch. Location: the hotel was next to Gare Du Nord and Close to the metro station “ DENFERT ROCHEREAU ”. Spent a nice evening at O'bella Ciao, located minutes away from the venue.

The staff was very friendly, went the extra mile to provide a perfect 10/10 stay. The location was perfect, in the 14th arr. District and close to a bus stop. We dined at a beautiful nearby restaurant with Italian dishes.

The setting was quite marvellous and charming within easy reach of an underground ossuary.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Gaite Metro station, making it easy to explore the adjacent area and the center of Paris. With several metro stations within walking distance, you can easily reach any tourist site or airport.

The hotel may sometimes experience noise disturbances from other guests or late-night arrivals, which can be a hindrance to light sleepers.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help and accommoda our needs. Like all apartments in paris tight quarters.

The Gaite Metro station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to all the attractions in the city. The rooms are well-designed with modern decor and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Some rooms even offer a nice view of the courtyard. The breakfast is delicious, featuring a variety of options to suit different tastes.

The WiFi signal can be weak in some areas of the hotel.

The location was good, apartment good for families. Friendly service.

They were still doing work on the apartment when we arrived, The drain in the shower was blocked, so the first night and morning had to use bathtub. They fixed it on the second day which was good.

The only positive is the young man welcoming us at arrival and very friendly. Many other things have to be changed to suite tourists.

Appartments are not suited for tourists. No space for luggage, no warm water, caution too high for small room, no window in room. Pictures on booking .com are not corresponding to room. No airco, no double glass in windows, it was very hot. Next time, I take one of the many hotelrooms around Montparnasse.

We stayed at this place and had a great experience. The location in a lovely area was perfect for us. It was in a quiet Paris residential area, but still close to the Gaite Metro station which allowed us to easily access all the places we wanted to go. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering to call and make other arrangements for us. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including a kitchen with cookware and utensils. The hotel also provided amenities like a terrace and garden furniture, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.

In terms of cons, we didn't encounter any negative aspects during our time here. We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I love this charming place. The receptionist gave me a warm welcome. The apartment is comfortable and very well decorated with designer furniture, and the garden is so amaizing in the middle of the city! Recommendation ++++ for a shopping walk in Paris ;-)
